The objective shall be to encourage work and to help meet the goals of the Association and to fellowship with other local churches; to foster a wholesome spiritual fellowship with Senior Missions in Cooperative Churches.

LAYMEN’S DEPARTMENT


The objective shell be to promote the and objectives of the Association; to encourage fellowship with and instill in Christian Education principles through service and worship; to be a positive Christian role model for young black men; officers shall be President, Vice President and Secretary.

MISSIONS INSTITUTE RETREAT

The objective shall be to encourage local churches to be involved in the areas of missions at home and abroad; to give training in the area of missions and mission’s involvement. There are plans each year with games, inflatables, fishing and other activities for the young and the young at heart. We also share a lunch as we have fellowship and fun.

YOUNG WOMEN’S DEPARTMENT

 

The objective shall be to encourage work geared towards leadership roles in the Association; to help meet the goals of the Association and to fellowship with other local churches; to foster a wholesome spiritual fellowship; give moral support and encouragement to the young women in the Association churches and abroad.

YOUTH DEPARTMENT

 

The objective shall be to promote and encourage spiritual training with the purpose of assuming leadership roles in the local churches as well as in society; its purpose is to encourage fellowship with other youth departments or organizations. The Director shall be responsible for the entire department; the Director shall be responsible for the programming of the young people’s night of the Association; the first assistant shall be responsible for supervising Pre-Kindergarten thru age 12 and the second assistant shall be responsible for ages 13 thru 18.

CONGRESS OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION


The objective of the Congress of Christian Education is to promote Christian Education by providing a guide for association churches to receive Bible-based instructions in Godly leadership through Ministry, Holy Worship and Fellowship; while following Christian Discipleship. We have incorporated a class for our Young Adults in the evening, to give them a platform for discussing issues they may be facing and learning how to effectively apply the Word of God in their daily lives. The officers of the Congress of Christian Education shall be President, Vice President, Secretary, Dean, Assistant Dean and other officers necessary to carry out the work of the Congress.
